Pipeline · Idea to posted
A post earns its way
to live.
There is the idea, the draft, the review, the thing that finally ships. Most teams track that across three tools and a chat thread. buyWords runs the whole path on one board: four columns, drag a card forward when it earns the next stage, and nothing dies quietly in a drafts folder.

One post, both sides of the review gate. Real numbers on the posted side, none before.
Ideas in a notes app. Drafts in Google Docs. Review in a chat thread. Status is whoever answers "did that ever go out?"
One board. Idea, Draft, Review, Posted. Status is where the card sits, and the answer is a glance.
The interface, 1:1
The board itself, moving one post.
The pipeline inside buyWords: the same four columns, the same glass cards, the same drag. The Posted column carries real published posts, and the moving card replays Jared Schieber's best post across the full path a post can take.

REPLAY · ONE POST ACROSS THE FOUR STAGES · THE DASHED SLOTS ARE ITS STOPS · CLICK A NOTE TO PLACE IT
The open columns hold the product's own placeholder copy, not invented drafts: this roster's in-flight work belongs to the people writing it. Every number in the Posted column is real, and the pulse tiles count exactly what is on this board.

Where cards come from
Every card starts as one dialog.
New idea opens the same form from the page header and from every column's Add button. A hook and a rough cut are enough; pick the column the card is born into and the slot it aims for.
THE NEW-IDEA DIALOG, FIELD FOR FIELD · DISPLAY ONLY
Status and format are selects, not a ceremony. Paste a finished draft and start it in Review; jot one line and leave it in Idea.
The Status select offers exactly the board's four stages, and the product accepts exactly those four, everywhere. No Backlog, no Someday: the path is the product.
A hook first, then the rough cut. The same two placeholders the board's open cards carry: the method is in the microcopy.
Scheduled For pins the card to a calendar slot, so the plan and the board never disagree about what ships when.
Killing a dead idea is the card's hover X: it arms to a check, you confirm, and four seconds undoes a slip. No modal in the way of pruning the board.
The other view
The same board, as a table.
One toggle flips the kanban into rows: who wrote it, where it sits, what it earned. These are real published posts from the roster, sorted by impressions.

The loop
The board is the middle of the loop.
Upstream, the plan fills it. Downstream, the numbers report back. And it is all per profile: filter to one voice or run the whole room from one board.
The calendar feeds Idea.
Build my plan fills each week to the cadence the voice signed up for, and planned items land on this board as cards, slot attached. Scouted topics and assistant drafts arrive the same way.

Posted reports back.
Every card that lands in Posted starts reporting: impressions, reactions, comments and shares flow into Analytics, and Team Advocacy rallies the room while the post is fresh.

A quarter of output
What a real quarter through the board looks like.
Real output from this roster's board, February through May 2026: what shipped, in which formats, on which days. 60 dated posts behind the month and weekday reads.
Every one of them crossed this board. Text leads the mix; the chips below are the product's own format pills, and Text earns none on the card.
